Mr. Clayton Blackman, OOCUR Chairman recently attended the Energy Regulators Regional Association’s (ERRA) High Level Meeting and Training held in Istanbul, Turkey from November 30 – December 5, 2018.
The event was attended by other Regional Regulatory Associations such as ERERA, MEDREG and ARIAE. Attendees braved the cold weather to take a site visit.
Mr. Blackman noted in his Alumni Notes “The three days here in Istanbul with colleagues from all over the world was an eye opener. I was introduced to a lot of marketing concepts in the Energy Industry.” OOCUR looks forward to having a more meaningful working relationship with ERRA and other Regional Regulatory Associations.
