OOCUR’s Chairman, Mr. Clayton Blackman, recently attended the Ibero-American Association of Energy Regulatory Entities (ARIAE) XXII Annual Meeting held from May 22 -25, 2018 in Brasilia, Brazil. The meeting was held courtesy of the Brazilian Electricity Regulator – ANEEL. The ARIAE consists of 25 Regulatory Entities from 15 Ibero-American countries.
Mr. Blackman, participated on a panel on “Areas of Co-operation”. The panel also included representatives from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank. OOCUR looks forward to creating new relationships and reinforcing existing relationships with other Regional Regulatory Associations around the globe.
