CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST– 2nd School of Digital Transformation in the Caribbean (SoDTIC)
Dear Stakeholder
On behalf of our partners, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) invites applications from policymakers, researchers and practitioners of our Member States to participate in the 2nd Edition of the School of Digital Transformation and Innovation in the Caribbean (SoDTIC), to be held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago from Monday 16th to Friday 20th June 2025.
The School of Digital Transformation and Innovation (SoDTIC) is a premier capacity-building initiative designed to empower policymakers and stakeholders in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with cutting-edge knowledge on digital transformation. Through interactive lectures, panel discussions, case studies and peer-learning exercises, the School facilitates the exchange of insights on emerging technologies, digital governance and regulatory best practices.
Following the success of its first Caribbean edition in 2024, the second edition in 2025 aims to deepen engagement with regional policymakers, industry experts and international organisations. This year’s School will focus on key themes such as infrastructure resilience, meaningful connectivity, artificial intelligence (AI), governance frameworks and financial strategies for digital transformation. For more information on the SoDTIC, please visit the CTU website at https://ctu.int/event/school-of-digital-transformation-and-innovation-in-the-caribbean-2025/
