Mrs. Skeeta Gibbs is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Utilities Regulatory Commission (NURC), Saint Lucia’s Water, Sewerage and Energy Sector Regulator. She is an alumnus of the University of the West Indies Saint Augustine Campus. Mrs. Gibbs brings a wealth of experience to the Commission, having served in the Public Sector for twenty years in the field of Economic Planning and Development. She previously served as the Commission’s Regulatory Economist, which equipped her with a unique blend of training, knowledge and experience in the field of Utilities Regulation. In her capacity as Regulatory Economist, Mrs. Gibbs was responsible for the economic regulation of the Electricity, Water and Sewerage Sectors. She is a results-oriented and people-centered leader, who is committed to advancing the sustainable development of the Utilities Sector in Saint Lucia.
