Mr. Ervin Williams is a veteran of the regulatory industry with nearly two decades of expertise.   Seventeen (17) years of regulatory experience, with fifteen (15) years as the Chief Executive Officer of the St. Kitts and Nevis National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.

He Holds Dual Master’s Degrees in Communications Management, Post Graduate Studies in Telecommunications, Internet and ICT Policy Development and Law, background in electrical engineering, public utility training and over ten (10) professional certifications in several regulatory disciplines.

Extra activities include:

A lifelong credit union executive member. Currently serving as the President of a major credit union, the Police Cooperative Credit Union

(PCCU) in St. Kitts and Nevis. Served as President and Vice President on two previous occasions, and also served as the Chairman of the Credit Committee of that credit union.

Member of the National Credit Union League, the body that represents the interests of all credit unions in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Captain of my hometown Football and Basketball teams and played cricket at the island combine schools level in my earlier years.

(SKNFA) where I served as the Deputy General Secretary.

Served on the National Emergency Disaster Committee for my community in St. Kitts.
