Short Biography – Andrea Gill

Andrea Gill is an Operations Officer in the Economic Infrastructure Division of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). Her work focuses on developing and supervising capital projects and operational coordination, with an aim of delivering sustainable results. She has almost 30 years of experience in the water sector. Prior to joining CDB in 2019, she worked at the Barbados Water Authority, first as a Project Engineer and then as Project Manager.
