Kenva Williams
Mr. Kenva Williams, the Telecommunications Commission (Commission) Director-General, is a telecommunications professional with over twenty (20) years of work experience in engineering and technology. Mr. Williams joined the Turks and Caicos Islands Telecommunications Commission team in 2006 as the Spectrum Engineer, in 2009, as the Director of
Technology, and in 2019, he was appointed the Director General to manage the day-to-day operation of the Commission and advise the Minister and the Board of Telecommunications
on telecommunications industry.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Electronic Engineering and Technology, as well as an MBA in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management. He has also earned numerous certifications in Management, ICT, and Telecommunications Regulation. These academic and professional credentials enable him to effectively support the Commission’s mandate and navigate the sector through a period of rapid technological change.
