Dear Conference Participants,
Jamaica is now under a Tropical Storm Warning and Hurricane Watch as Tropical Storm Melissa moves close to the island. As such, we are expecting heavy rains and wind over the next few days. Already, some airlines have cancelled flights for the weekend. Given this and the need to ensure the safety of our guests, we have regrettably postponed the 20th Annual Conference of the Organisation of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOUR), scheduled for October 26-29, 2025.
In discussions with our host hotel, Jewel Grande Resort and Spa, Montego Bay, we have shifted the dates to 2025 November 2-6. We will provide more details by Monday, 2025 October 27.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, as we know that this development is a major disruption to your schedule.
The hotel will honor the bookings for the new dates.
